What we do, and how we work
We've been doing this for 30 years. Bootstrap is a hardware-first IT business, which means we sell, install and repair the equipment your business runs on: desktops, laptops, servers, storage and networking. Around that sits the day-to-day IT support that keeps it all working.
Three decades in, the technology has changed completely and the approach hasn't. Understand what the business actually needs, recommend equipment that suits it, and stay the local team that answers when something goes wrong.
A lot of our work comes from dental practices, where reception desks, treatment rooms and practice servers all have to work together through a full appointment book. That experience shapes how we work everywhere: diagnose properly, explain clearly, fix it so it stays fixed.
We'd rather be the IT contact you keep for years than win a single big invoice. So we give straight answers, including "you don't need this yet" when that's the truth.
