IT support for Sydney dental practices
Your practice runs on its computers: bookings, charts, imaging, claims. We keep the workstations, servers and networks behind them reliable, and we coordinate with your dental software vendor when problems cross into their territory.

When IT fails in a dental practice, patients feel it
An IT fault in a normal office is an annoyance. In a practice with a full appointment book, it's immediate and expensive.
Appointments run late
A slow treatment room computer adds minutes to every patient. Across a day, that's appointments running behind and a stressed team.
Reception grinds to a halt
When front desk machines fail, bookings, billing and check-ins all stop at once. It's the worst place in the practice for a fault.
Patient systems go down
If the practice server fails, charts, images and schedules can become unavailable in every room at the same time.
Printing and scanning problems
Referrals, claims and forms all depend on printers and scanners that quietly stop cooperating at the wrong moment.

Dental practices sit at the junction of several suppliers: practice management software, imaging equipment, internet provider, hardware. When something breaks, each one tends to point at the others.
Our job is to end that runaround. We diagnose where the problem actually sits, fix what's ours to fix, and coordinate technical issues across your software vendors and internet provider until it's resolved. Your team makes one call.
How coordination works in practice
- You report the problem to us, whatever it is.
- We diagnose whether it's hardware, network, software or internet.
- We fix hardware and network issues ourselves.
- For software faults, we contact your vendor and speak their language.
- We stay on it until your practice is working again.
Where we usually come in
New practice setup
Fitting out a new clinic? We plan and install the computers, server, network and Wi-Fi so everything works from day one, and we coordinate with your dental software vendor on installation.
Plan a new practice setupPractice relocation
Moving is the riskiest week in a practice's IT life. We plan the shutdown, move the equipment, and have you operational at the new site with minimal downtime.
Plan a relocationServer replacement
Practice servers age out like any other equipment. We size and install a replacement, migrate your data and coordinate the software reinstallation with your vendor.
Discuss a server replacementOngoing support
Regular checks on backups, updates and equipment health, plus a local team to call when something isn't right. One contact for all of it.
Ask about ongoing supportUrgent computer or server fault?
If your practice is stopped right now, call us rather than emailing. We'll triage on the phone and get started.
Frequently asked questions
Do you support our practice management software?
We support the computers, servers and networks your dental software runs on. For faults inside the software itself, we work with your software vendor directly, so you're not stuck relaying messages between two support desks.
Can you help with imaging equipment?
We support the computers, network and storage your imaging depends on, and we coordinate with your imaging equipment supplier when their hardware or software needs attention.
What happens if our server fails during patient hours?
Call us straight away. We'll start remotely within business hours where possible and come on site when hands are needed. Practices with a current backup are usually in a far better position, which is why we keep pushing backups.
Do you support multi-site practices?
Yes. We support practices across more than one location, including the networking between sites and keeping equipment consistent so staff can work at either.
