Supporting computers and servers sometimes means our technicians can see data stored on them. We access client systems only to carry out the work you've asked for, and we treat anything we see in the course of that work as confidential. For dental and medical practices, we do not copy or retain patient records, and access to practice systems is limited to what the job requires.
