On-site and remote support
Remote support
Most software, email and account problems can be fixed over a secure remote session while you watch. It's usually the fastest way to get you working again, and there's no waiting for a technician to arrive.
On-site visits
Hardware faults, installations, cabling and anything that needs hands on equipment. We're based in Glebe, so visits across the CBD, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs are quick to arrange.
Support that fits how you work
Some businesses call us a few times a year. Others want us checking in regularly, keeping backups verified and updates applied. We're comfortable either way, and we'll tell you plainly which arrangement makes sense for your size and budget. No lock-in contracts, no surprise invoices.
Because we also sell and install hardware and servers, support doesn't stop at software. If a machine is worth repairing, we repair it. If it's costing you more in lost time than a replacement would, we'll say so and quote you a suitable replacement.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need a support contract?
No. Plenty of clients call us as needed. If you'd rather have regular scheduled support, we can arrange that too. We'll suggest whatever suits the size of your business.
Can you take over from our previous IT provider?
Yes. We handle handovers regularly. We'll collect passwords, documentation and licensing details, review your setup and flag anything that needs attention.
Is remote support secure?
We use mainstream remote access tools, connect only with your permission, and disconnect when the job is done. Nothing is installed without you knowing about it.
What size businesses do you support?
Mostly businesses with roughly 2 to 50 staff, including dental and medical practices. If you're larger, call us and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
