Our X-rays are slow to open in some rooms. Can you fix that?
Usually, yes. Slow image loading tends to be network or workstation related rather than a DBSWIN fault: an old switch, a congested Wi-Fi link or an underpowered room computer. We trace where the slowdown is and fix that link.
We're replacing our server. What happens to the DBSWIN database?
We plan the move so the image database is copied, verified and reconnected before the old server is switched off. Nothing is deleted until the new system is proven with your own images.
Should we move from DBSWIN to VistaSoft?
That's a decision to make with your Dürr dealer, since it involves licensing and clinical workflow. What we can tell you is whether your current server, storage and workstations are ready for it, and handle the IT side of the migration if you go ahead.
